I want to know if somebody have high BP he /she can donate blood or not.if she /he donate blood is there any problem regarding that

As per theoretical guidelines, systolic BP should be less than 180 and diastolic should be less than 100, for donating blood. But donation is generally avoided unless the BP is near-normal. A BP patient on drugs with near normal BP can donate.
