Can you suggest some Over the counter medicines for boils/carbuncle on skin and its dosage that will reduce the infection?

? furuncle Sometime it can be abscess also , if it is  abscess we should do I & D. You can try cephalosporin /pencillin derivative group of drugs  like cefotaxime 200mg 1bd for 5 days. Mupirocin oint topical application.
Next Steps
Better to consult dermatologist once before taking a medicines.
