Hi... You will need a Psychiatrist/doctor's prescription to buy antidepressants in India.
I hope you have tried therapy/counselling before resorting to antidepressants. Please understand this, our body and mind adapts to any outside substance, including medications. They are used as a last resort or to provide immediate relief when the symptoms get debilitating, post a risk to life, or severely impact the daily functioning of an individual.
Antidepressants are not meant to be used as cold/fever/headache medicines.

Also, it is better to seek a professional advice before taking these medicines.
I would suggest you to consult a psychological Counselor to understand yourself better and to overcome this issue..
