There are bilateral changes of Osteoarthritis more on right and I am slight pain in both the knees since last one month. Advice me

You need to exercise regularly to strengthen your quadriceps and hamstring muscles.. Avoid stress on your knees like walking on uneven surfaces, climbing stairs, sitting on the floor, if you are over weight losing weight helps. You need to realize that osteoarthritis is due to age related changes in the body. There is no cure for it but you can keep it under control
