Osteoporosis
I'm a little worried and no proper sleep from 2 days Basically I did a blood test about 3 months back and I was VITAMIN D deficient (3.9ng/ml). Hence I was on calcium supplements for 2 months. 1 week back I checked my VITAMIN D level and it was 133ng/ml very high vit d level. I didn't get a calcium test done. Since my vit d level is high, assuming my calcium level is also high. Can I have bone loss due to too much calcium??? However from few days I'm experiencing mild pain in my hip, lower spine and in my wrist. Sometimes I experience pain in my shoulder joints . Am I having osteoporosis at this age? What must be the reason for my pains near joints ??

You are too young to worry about osteoporosis. The aches and pains are due to your working habits and sitting habits which you have to do due to your relatively shorter height. The vitamin deficiencies are not the cause of your pains.

Calcium level and vit D level is different at different stages of life . During child bearing age i.e 18-40 yrs ,osteoporosis is not common. Daily exercises( at least 45 min walk- some stretching ) , calcium rich diet, good sound sleep 7-8 hrs is necessary and should be aimed. Persistent pain and swelling around joints ( especially small joint of hand and feet ) requir physician / Rhumatologist/ Orthopedic examination.
Next Steps
Hot fomentation , analgesic local applicable gel should help

You are unlikely to have Osteoporosis at this age. Secondary medical problems can cause osteoporosis at this age. Presuming you don't have any pre-existing medical conditions, you don't have to worry.
Health Tips
You can meet an Orthopaedic surgeon and evaluate yourself for the symptoms.
