Hello..., spelling could be wrong , it could be intertrochanteric fracture ,there is nothing like introcentric... Intertrochanteric fracture involves two trochanters of femus bone (greater and lesser ) let it be there. . you have fracture of femus .. Need to consult orthopedic surgeon... no other than surgery
