Hi I am wearing braces for 8 months now without having terhubung extracted.but I can see no improvement in my teeth.it is still protruded. The dr is now asking me extract 4 pre molar which I m reluctant to do.pls suggest how to continue the treatment with non extraction.my teeth is not overcrowded.it's protruded

Generally decisions about extractions in orthodontics are taken at the beginning of treatment and patients are informed about the same. There are very few instances where patients are told to extract teeth after treatment is begun.
