Orthodontic braces
Hey doctors, I just wanted to know a consultant had said me that since I have a unilateral cross bite, I should be going for orthodontic braces. Will it improve my situation in 1-1.5 years? And can I get the removable braces done?

You can opt for braces or clearalign or Invisalign trays which are transparent trays the patient wears and they result in tooth movement. Ask your orthodontist if they are suitable for your case. Their cost is higher than regular braces

Hi.. Yes your condition can definitely be improved in 1-1.5yrs depending upon the severity of Malocclusion and your compliance. Regarding removable braces.. Treatment of choice would be Aligners.. They are almost invisible, removable and comfortable. Aligner of choice with predictable results would be INVISALIGN. All the best
