Oral tongue problem

I have bump small under side of the tongue near the tip. I tried gargles ,zytee and kenacort but it's not going away. It seems to aggravate with hot and spicy food.

Its difficult to draw a conclusion in a photograph. Since you have not mentioned about duration and presence of the bump plus relevant pain associated with it. In all probabilities it could be irritational growth. Definitive treatment can be suggested once evaluated.
