I noticed oral thrush in my 2.5 months baby. It's been 1 week. Will it go away on its own or it needs treatment??
How can it be prevented?
Should mother and baby both treated??

Hi
This needs to be differentiated from Milk Tongue in which coating of tongue can be removed easily and underlying tongue surface healthy. Thrush needs treatment. Your baby recently received any antibiotics? Is this first time he got it?
