Oral Mucocele
Ive had this muococele for about a year and a half now, very long time . it fluctuates in sizes but never just goes away. I have popped it with a sterilized needle plenty of times but it all just swells up, gets bigger for weeks , then goes back to it's normal sizes but like i said never goes away

This is bcoz damage to minor salivary gland. U need to go for surgical removal of lesson than punching it through needle. Since the gland n duct damaged it's pooling to external external environment gives lump
