Oral Lichen planus
I have been having these white dots inside mouth from last week after some time they burst and has burning sensation if I eat spicy salty or any hot drinks, so I googled it and found out lichen planus please I need a remedy for this and any prescription would you recommend.

You seem educated enough to understand that Google is not a doctor and you may have not fed the entire information to get the exact correct diagnosis. And if you have, then Google must have definitely told you the remedy along with the diagnosis.
As oral pathologists, we cannot make the diagnosis of lichen planus without a biopsy and only after a confirmatory diagnosis do we suggest the treatment to the patient. If you don't do that the entire protocol will be unethical. So please try to make a visit to an oral pathologist as soon as possible so that the right diagnosis can be established and if it is lichen planus, the right treatment can be instituted.
