ORAL LESSIONS
Hi...My Name is mayank.. recently i visited an ayurvedic doctor for my persistent cough..I used to smoke for 7 years...and i quit smoking a month back...He told me that there are some alarming pre cancerous Lessions in my mouth...an ENT specialist 6 7 months back had checked my mouth but he didnt told me about any such Lessions...I am not certain who is correct in diagnosis...Attached is my pic of mouth...kindly tell me what is the right diagnosis here...Is there any lession or smoking stains in my mouth

There is obvious Tobacco stains in your mouth.( From the pic).   Cannot completely comment the precancerous lesions, because there is lot of hidden areas in mouth which is not visible in your pic. Need more detailed information regarding the problems. Chronic smoking can cause precancerous or cancerous lesions any where in the mouth, throat, tongue  etc
Next Steps
Consult ENT surgeon, will require in person mouth & throat examination to rule out any conditions.
