oral herpes causes some blisters whereas genital herpes causes rash on head of penis.
White smelly deposit can be due to poor genital hygine which requires thorough regular cleanings.
Also possible candidiasis of penis to be ruled out.
Painful tongue ulcers are possible different in cause.
