My 10 week old son newborn vomit right after opv dose.. dose i need to repeat the dose .. or it just ok

If the child vomits just after any oral vaccine like opt or rota - repeat dose should be given- but to be kept in mind that baby should give some rest and carefully to be given- baby not vomits this time .
