It is a case of posterior urethral valves on vesicostomy.
If there is no fever ,vomitings, flank pain , can be managed conservatively.
Prognosis varies .
Depends on kidney function and bladder compliance.
Needs regular follow up for every 3 to 6 months life long.
Consult a urologist .
