Want to know opinion on this report, age 7 months whether it can be treated or not. Oral antibiotics better or surgery is required, already vasicostomy done .what is prognosis of this case.

It is a case of posterior urethral valves on vesicostomy. If there is no fever ,vomitings, flank pain , can be managed conservatively. Prognosis varies . Depends on kidney function and bladder compliance. Needs regular follow up for every 3 to 6 months life long. Consult a urologist .
