My mother is a hypothyroid patient from last 8 years. She is having her regular medicine of 75mg. She recently has gone through thyroid profile. Her results are as below
FT4 - 1.63 (normal range 0.89-1.76)
FT3 - 2.89 (normal range 2.30-4.20)
TSH - 2.4 (normal range 0.5-4.7)
Just want to have this opinion that should she continue 75mg Or should reduce the dosage to 50mg Or 25 mg regular dosage. Please suggest

Continue 75 mg.. Since the TSH is in normal range, no need to change the dose as of now.. Keep a track of tsh levels every 3-6 months.. Reduction or increase of dose will be decided by the Trend of the tsh values..
