Opaque vision in one eye
My father is blind from left eye and the right one does not have clear vision.he used glass and changed its power several times in last few years but it did not help.kindly prescribe some treatment and medicine for improved vision.

You have not mentioned the cause of blindness. And it is very difficult to suggest anything without examining him. Better you see an ophthalmologist.
