My grandson is three and half years old. He is not speaking. He only speaks few words. He don't respond to his name most of the time.
But we think he can hear properly. He immediately responds to his favourite music.

The two most important factors for normal speech are a normal hearing and a normal brain function.
If you feel she has normal brain ft,get a hearing test done,e.g,BERA/BAER.
