Appears slightly small in size (37x17x26 mm = 8.9 c.c.), normal in shape, outline & testicular parenchymal echotexture. No focal or diffuse pathology is identified. Intratesticular vascularity appears normal.
Minimal peritesticular fluid collection noticed around right testis. RT. EPIDIDYMIS appears normal.
Supra & peritesticular vessels appears normal.
Lt. TESTIS
Appears slightly small in size (35x16x25 mm = 7.6 c.c.), normal in shape, outline & testicular
parenchymal echotexture. No focal or diffuse pathology is identified. Intratesticular vascularity appears normal.
Minimal peritesticular fluid collection is seen on left side.
LT. EPIDIDYMIS appears normal.
Supra & peritesticular venous vessels appears mildly dilated [1.5 to 2.5 mm] & tortuous with mild blood flow augmentation & subtle reversal on valsalva. No thrombosis noted.
Scrotal wall thickness is normal.
No elo inguinal hernia is seen on both.both testis size decreasing and sagging is there.
