It's not Typhoid mostly as leucopenia seen and typhoid dilution are not positive .mostly it is viral fever, so go for covid rtpcr test

Typhoid antibodies are showing false positive results in covid positive patients .. need to do blood culture to confirm Typhoid ... till that time do rtpcr for covid and start covid medications with spo2 monitoring
