Sir my age is 21 when I am at class 10th means 17 years approx I used go with school cycle bike along with tution approx 20 km riding suddenly I fell pain on my testicle then feels hard swelling after 4 to 5 days my pain gone But When ever I used ride and on breakers I again fell that type of pain This pain also on hard working and gym heavyweight After that I use to wear half under wear this is through out my college life Now started work hard working I feel the same but pain is almost not it's on heating or something On every hard work it's feel more heavier Size of one testicle is like little cherry or lemon another one is like different shape 2 and half of another one Once upon a time I have showed a doctor Examine and said it's bigger how it's to be now not grow but when I do heavy work it's more bigger and on rest bigger but on discomfort I want your suggestion
