One shade lighter patches on leg

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have one shade lighter patches on lower leg they are not white just one tone lighter. They dont have hair growth. I have them for 6 years now. There are no other symptoms regarding patches and I don't have them anywhere else. I do sometimes experience pain in specific area of calf muscle of same leg
