One Nose/Nostril blocked
Most of the time either one of my nostrils are blocked or allow very less air to breathe in/out. This is more frequently when i wake up from sleep. I don't have any cough or cold. Just that either one of them is blocked for most of the time. There has been also no injuries, what should i do, possible causes???

It is completely natural phenomenon, that happens to everyone. Terst me it is not a disease it is called a nasal cycle ( The nasal cycle is the often unnoticed alternating partial congestion and decongestion of the nasal cavities in humans and other animals. It is a physiological congestion of the nasal conchae, also called the nasal turbinates, due to selective activation of one half of the autonomic nervous system by the hypothalamus. https://en.m.wikipedia.org › wiki Nasal cycle - Wikipedia)
