One leg becomes narrow

Asked for Male, 47 Years

My father's age is 82. He is suffering from Parkinson's disease. Last 3 months his right leg becomes narrow. What is the reason? Have any medicines? Pl advice for right treatment. For this reason he can not walk. His right hand also not working properly.
