One Hand Feels Puffy But Not Swollen - Hey Docs,i Have A Short

One hand feels puffy but not swollen

Hey docs,i have a short question i have been noticing this from last few weeks.My left hand feels more softer/puffier then right(its not swollen or red) sometimes it feels more puffier sometimes it feels completely normal.I can feel things properly there's no numbness or anything however i do get raynauds phenomenon sometimes but its not happening for months now..what is this?is this blood related?
