One ear is not hearing/Sinus problem
I have been having sinus problembfrim childhood, and my one ear is not hearing anything from childhood. I have consulted few doctor for this but no developments. Daily early morning it looks like my ears are blocked inside by sinus..

Chronic sinusitis can be treated successfully with the right medication. But you need a good evaluation.
As far as the hearing loss is concerned, the treatment depends on the type and degree of hearing loss.
Next Steps
1. Visit an ENT specialist for a good workup including a CT Scan of the nose and paranasal sinuses
2. You will need an Audiometry to assess the type and degree of hearing loss and the treatment options will depend on that
