One blocked Fallopian tube with Amh 1.18
I had an ectopic pregnancy in November 2020 and had to go medical termination. I was having repeated fungal infection since last June which is much better now. After my ectopic , doctor suggested to wait 3 months before trying again. I have been trying since 3 months now . I have also done a HCG in March and found that one of my fallopian is blocked and also my AMH is 1.18 . I have a ideal weight and maintain healthy lifestyle. Can I conceive naturally? how long should I wait before I go for IUI or IVF? I am worried for for my age and AMH level as well as the blocked tube

With one blocked tube alternate cycles you can conceive. Try for 6 months naturally, then you can try IUI for 3-6 cycles followed by IVF.
