Oligohydromnios
Im 24 wks pregnant,my afi value is 8.5, my doctor said me its oligohydromnios,im varied bcoz its a precious pregnancy as i conceived after 9 yrs of my married life,my double marker test is nirmal and gtt iz also in normal range,and my doctor advised ne to take 3-4 lit water pkus l-argine sachet twice a day,so plz suggest me what to do

What your doctor suggested is totally fine..
However get an ultrasound done from a fetal medicine specialist to rule out any abnormality with fetal kidneys.
Hv rest n left lateral position..
Add ecosprin 75 mg if you are not already on it after consulting with your gynaecologist
