Old leech and insect bite not healing

Asked for Female, 31 Years

During hiking in monsoon season I was bitten by lots of leeches and wild mosquitoes in my foot in Forest, initially it was very itchy but now the skin has become very dry and still itchy it's been 4 months and still not healing and one place it's been a lump also I have 4 such bites which are still itchy and painful
