Old healed fissure
I have a Fissure which is not causing any problem to me for many months. but sometimes it bleed itch and pain if I get constipated and my sphincter has become tight also. I went to surgeon he sent me to minor ot there another surgeon examined and write on the prescription it's old healed small fissure and said surgery is not required drink lots of water don't eate oily and spicy food.should I go near another doctor or I should follow his instructions I am uploading the prescription

You can try conservative management..Take high fibre diet.avoid spicy and oily food...take ditz bath regularly. You can apply cremagel ointment thrice daily at the area and take stool softener such as Duphalac...It will help.

Since already two surgeons have examined and only healed fissure is present no active fissure . Nothing has to be done be assured

For Future to avoid such episodes,Has they have said drink lot of water, avoid spicy . when you feel, you had spicy food, heavy meal or had food outside have banana or 15 ml of syrup lactulose at night .
