Old age man having bitterness in throat

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Age: 86 Problem 1: infection in the anus opening. Inflammation is there. Previous history of piles removal before 15 years. Problem 2: No taste at all in intaking food Problem 3: bitterness in throat. no pain. Food ingested also is bitter so not eating properly. Problem 4: during night. Old people smell is more prominent !!Main concern is the bitterness of throat!!
