You need medical help of a dermatologist. Stop Femcinol A and Benzyl creams as they can make dry skin worse. You may use a pH balanced cleanser and meet a dermatologist. It takes 1 to 3 months for good results in pimples and you need to use maintenance therapy. Try to follow instructions of dermatologist fully and be regular in follow up. Best wishes for your brother's marriage.
