Dear Sir/mam, how much oily and spicy food a man can take in a day? Because we the Indian people can't make any food without oil and spices. Can anyone please tell me how much oil and spices should we use for better health?

Hi! There is no cutoff criteria as such. The lesser the better.
Use good oil; olive oil or safflower oil etc.
don’t use one oil again and again (like sometimes after deep frying something, we keep on using the oil)
Try to eat less fried foods
Try to use less oil in the food but what is essential should be used
Spicies should be used as less as possible; but depends on tolerance level.
