OGTT test results for gest diabetes
Hello,
I m 34 yrs old female, 6 months pregnant. I had my OGTT test yesterday. It was
1) 12 hours fasting glucose. - 114 mg/dl
2) then 1hour after 75gm glucose in 1 1/4 glass of water + some breakfast -254 mg/dl
3) then 2 hours after previous test - 126mg/dl
M i having gestational diabetes ??
What complications can i face??

Hi. Yes you are having gest diabetes . You need to start tt . Otherwise the baby will become big size . There are also chances of PIH . Start walking daily for 20 min. Stop sugar and starchy foods .
