From your reports we we cannot say whether you have glaucoma or not your pachymetry is alright but your perimetry is slightly defective what was your intraocular pressure.
Without iop intraocular pressure and fundus examination we cannot come to a diagnosis ...and that too should be atleast done twice at two separate occasions
