Suffering from OCD. Need guidance to minimise the impact of compulsions. Too much obsessions are observed and cannot concentrate on any thing continuosly more than 5 sec. I can't study properly even having too much potential. I need a lot of time studying only few things. I know this can't be cured but need help for atleast minimising the impact of obsessions. (Obsessions are like anything I always try to imagine good people around me to avoid those bad obsessions which takes a lot of time and a lot of physical actions alongside)
While observing me as n third person you will notice me as a perfectly normal person. I do not let anyone to notice my OCD. Perhaps deep inside me I am quite deprived by this.
