I'm suffering from OCD since aug 2022 and i have hiv phobia, I know lot of things about hiv like transmission and precautions but I'm always worry about virus I thought virus is everywhere even door handle, train seat, bus seat, etc what to do for getting out of this conditions plz help me.

OCD is unfortunately best treated with medications
And behavioural or cognitive therapies.
In terms of time line for recovery
Medications- recovery time 6-10weeks; cons: might experience side effects
Neuromodulation- TMS therapy 18-21 sessions if it is deep TMS; Here, you can have up to 3-4 sessions a day so technically significant improvement can be seen in 5-8 days . Cons: expensive
ERP/ CBT- good for long term remission and to stay well. Cons: takes time
