Obstruction to drainage
Hi, I have gone through dtpa test and report says " Obstruction to drainage" with relative renal function of right kidney is 31% (27 ml/mn). My age is 36 years. I want to know what causes a obstruction and want to know where obstruction? Suggest if I can avoid obstruction with out surgery?

CT urography or intravenous urography can be done to know the level of obstruction . But your serum creatinine should be normal for that test. Consult a urologist for clinical examination once.
