Observed little blood mixed in saliva
My son had severe cold & was continously crying and coughing for more then half hour while showing some tantrum .I observed very little blood mixed in his saliva .Is this normal?

It is not normal.
You need to visit a pediatrician.
Mostly it may be a trivial cause. But still blood in saliva or sputum requires an evaluation by s pediatrician.
