A hard plastic bottle of water fell from closet shelf onto my head near temple area. I have 2 marble size lumps in the region. Clogged ears. Stiff neck

You will need a brain scan and an x-ray of the cervical spine. Consult a Neurospine specialist. In the meanwhile take mild anelgesics with Antacid and rest.
