I m 17 years old but I have 75+ kg weight i having classes morn to night so don't get time to exercise please suggest an alternate for losing weight in 1.5 month

Hi it's not possible to lose weight naturally without exercise or workout... you should have an healthy diet rich in proteins , minerals and vitamins along with fibreswith excess of water on time and in adequate amount, avoid oily food and junk food . Secondly regular exercise to burn preformed fat content.
