Asked for Male, 22 Years

Dear concerned I am currently taking orlistat 60 mg and metformin 500 mg OD along with Talmisartan 40 mg in the morning. I have normal sugar levels but serum insulin is high . I wanted to review this with another doctor to suit my needs.
