My BMI is 29.5. doctor prescribed me reeshape capsule for my overweightness. I have started doing diet. Still not started reeshape capsule. Should I need to have multivitamin with orlistate capsule? I saw in some researches that orlistat works well with multivitamins containing vit A D E and K.
Can you pls sugest me any multivitamin capsule which contains Vit K as well?
