Obese and difficulty losing weight.
I would like to mention the concerns I have regarding my overall health in below points :- 1) My current body weight is 118.5 kgs,Height is 176 cms. 2) My blood pressure when I am at rest is about 132/85, But spikes up to 150/90 after mild walking. 3) Recent Fasting Blood Glucose is 94.2 mg/dl. 4) I have severe Acanthosis Nigricans (Mainly on armpits and groin area). 5) I have a total serum cholestrol of 214.7 mg/dl. 6) I sweat a lot and sometimes even under AC like walking in malls. I also suffer from Disc protrusion in L4-L5 of my spine for which I am taking medications to manage it. Since I can't exercise or walk much due the problem, I have to rely mainly on the diet for which I am controlling my diet and cut out on all junk, oily, fried,Maida foods. I also tested my fasting Insulin (38.2)and PP Insulin levels (384.8 MIU/L).
