Oats excellent forhealth, full of nutrients..It will not reduce weight.you add other solids in diets.Banana mash is very good.  Start egg . Must open it. Make half fry or any other prep.you can give sweet lime juice. This is done to develop taste . Slowly introduce other items. One new item every week. To start with start giving small quantity and go increasing.  Appetite for milk will decrease. It is fine. Ithink you are doing fine. But forget immunization on schedule.  Hygiene and activity is another aspect, you have to make your child active, play with him with ball, make him walk or even run. But must take of him to prevent falling.  Take care of mosquito to prevent Malaria and Dengue. Stay at home safe.
