Nurotic pain in groin and testicle area.

I pulled my left testicle by mistake before a month ago and from that day, I'm feeling dull pain in my groin inguinal region and testicle in left side. Whenever I sit for a long time and stands up, I feel like something stretching my groin and testicle. Pain not continue everytime. It feels only when I sit and stand up are bend my body for a long and then straight. My ULTRASOUND, URINE AND BLOOD TEST ARE NORMAL. 5 days ago, my Urologist said I have Nurotic pain and it take maybe 2 to 3 years to go away. He said avoid bike for 20 days and take Pregabalin Nortriptyline Hydrochloride one time at night for 10 days. Wear supporter or brief. Is really it take 2 to 3 years? And will the pain subside or will it remain the same in this duration?
