Numpness in right side testicles.

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hai, I am 29 years old male. Suddenly I got pain in my below my right abdomen area and I feel numpness in that area. And also I feel numpness in my right testicles also. Because of this I feel pain on entire right leg. Now suddenly I feeling same pain in left side also, Some one please help me ont his.
