Numpness in fingers and toes

Asked for Male, 19 Years

Now a days my fingers and toes are getting Numpness ,huge pain to fold my right hand in the morning it is rainy season.Is this because of the season? I feel very discomfort.my age is 19 is this a serious issue ?what is the remedy?
