I frequently get numbness/ pulling sensation under the 2nd toe finger of my right leg(2nd from the smallest toe finger), though I do regular free exercise. Little oil message gives some relief, but again when moving the toe I feel that numbness sensation

Hi there....numbness of toe could be injury to the nerve supplying the muscles and skin of that toe. Injury to the nerve could be trauma, neuropathy due to diabetes, inflammatory disorders like hansens, sarcoidosis affecting the nerve, etc. It will need detailed clinical examination and further tests like nerve conduction study. So kindly consult a neurologist for further evaluation.
